The fares shown are inclusive of all Airline fees and all taxes.
The air fares of all International and Domestic Airlines as well as Low cost carriers (LCC) are dynamic and are applicable as available at the time of ticketing.

All Airline tickets are sent as E-Tickets by email.
Domestic flights can be booked online up to 4 hours prior to departure.
Booking before 4 hours can be booked through our 24x7 customer support team.
International flights can be booked up to 2 days before the departure.
International bookings less the 3 days can be booked through our 24x7 customer support team.
No additional discounts, other than shown are applicable.
Bookings cancelled by the Airline on ticketing time limit if not ticketed, will not be our responsibility.
Airlines reserve the right to Rebook or Re-route, any booking due to schedule changes, with No liability to us.
All Tickets are issued and invoiced in INR.
All payments are charged in INR. If any other currency has been chosen the price in that currency is only indicative.
The INR price is the final price.
Child and Infant Fare:
Child fares are applicable as per Airline rules for children between 2 & under 12 years on date of departure and return.
Infant fares are applicable as per Airline rules, fares and tariffs for infants under 24 months on the date of departure and return.
Infant more than 24 months on the return date, Child fare is applicable.
Infants below 24 month must be accompanied by an adult.
Some Airlines do not give child or infant discount
Passenger Name Change:
Check correct name/spelling of passengers as shown on passport.
Name changes are not permitted, and new bookings and Tickets have to be issued, on applicable fares.
All taxes by Airlines are included in the ticket.
Indian Service taxes are chargeable extra.
The passenger must check the routing, departure times and baggage allowance, refund and cancellation policy, on the ticket.
For additional information, passenger should contact the Airline directly.
Passenger should reconfirm the flight 72 hours in advance.
We shall not be responsible for any schedule changes, rebooking by the Airlines or delays by the Airlines, and the claims thereof.
Frequent Flyer no. must be advised before ticketing or call the Airline.
Any free or mileage tickets have to be obtained by the passenger with Airlines directly.
In case frequent flyers miles are not credited, passenger must contact the Airlines directly.
Special meals must be ordered, at the time of ticketing or later by calling the Airline.
Special meal request are not guaranteed.
Passenger must reconfirm their meals with the Airlines before departure.
Seating request must be given at the time of booking / ticketing.
Seat request Online are not guaranteed and suggest passenger should re-check with the Airline.
On LCC Carriers, seat selection charges may apply.
Airlines Baggage rules apply.
Be lair cannot be held responsible for any loss of baggage by the Airline.
In case of any claims, the same has to be settled directly with the Airlines.
Cancellation & Rebooking Policy:
We are not responsible for bookings auto-cancelled by the Airlines on time limit.
Cancellation penalties fees and Airline RAF (refund) and rebooking charges apply with transaction fees.
No Show & RAF charges apply in case of No Show.
No refund is applicable on non-refundable tickets.
Refunds are processed through the Airlines and paid on receiving from the Airline with applicable transaction fees.
Part Refunds of tickets, is not permitted.
Airlines ticket refund and RAF charges apply as per Airline Rules.
Refunds and cancellations are subject to Transaction & service fee.
Credit Card transaction fee is not refundable.
CC Refunds are made to credit card account only.
Any cancellation, fees & charges on credit card transaction have to be paid in advance, to enable refund to the credit card holder.
Refund processing time is about 4-6 weeks.
Taxes are non-refundable.

Passengers are responsible to check the booking details at the time of ordering or taking delivery of the Tickets.
In case of No show or last minute cancellation, no refund is applicable.
In case of disputes, all matters are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
Sneha Travel Associates will contract with you when you (or your Travel Agent) confirm your holiday booking and we accept it only when we send you a confirmation invoice indicating that we have reserved your holiday. You must check that the holiday shown on the invoice is the one you wish to take.
We are responsible for providing the holiday that we have confirmed to you. If you cancel or alter your booking later you may have to pay an additional charge. If you book within seven (7) days of your departure date or if there is insufficient time to send written confirmation to you a contract between us will exist upon our (or your Travel Agent) confirming the booking. We reserve the right to refuse your booking but in that event we will refund any money that you have paid to us.
All passport, visa, travel insurance and health certificate requirements are your responsibility and Sneha Travel Associates accepts no responsibility for any delay or expense incurred through any irregularity in your documents. In the event that we are asked to re-issue tickets that have been lost, destroyed or stolen and we agree to do so, any charges incurred will be payable by you.
We invariably require a deposit which we shall notify to you but shall be not less than 25% package cost per person (excluding infants) plus any applicable insurance premiums/Visa charges on confirmation of booking. If holiday is based on a special offer you may be required to pay the full payment immediately upon confirmation.
No price increases will apply once full payment has been received. (Surcharges may be applied) in the event of a variation in transportation costs, exchange rates, government Taxes for certain services or fuel increases charged by carriers. If the increase is more than 10% you will have an option to cancel your booking and obtain a refund of all monies paid (excluding insurance, visa and vaccination costs) provided the cancellation is made in writing within seven (7) days of receipt of the notice.
Whilst we do our utmost to accommodate any changes that you may make after receiving your contract, such changes are subject to availability and where permitted by the carrier. These changes attract a administration fee plus any additional costs these changes may incur. Any amendments made within four (four) weeks of departure will follow the cancellation fee schedule (See below).
Name changes or departure changes are not always permitted by the carrier and may be treated by them as cancellations and charged accordingly. If airline tickets have been issued in this instance, any changes made to the booking may mean that you will have to pay for the cancelled ticket and purchase a new ticket at full cost.
Cancellation by Customer
All cancellations by customer must be received in writing by the person who signed the booking form. Please note that the following cancellation fees apply;
Between 4th and 3rd week before departure 10% of the total cost.
Between 3rd and 2nd week before departure 25% of the total cost.
Between 2nd week and 3 days before departure 50% of the total cost.
Less then 3 days of departure 100 %
Cancellation charges made by our suppliers may be higher than the cost of the deposit and we reserve the right to pass on such fees to you. Sneha Travel Associates will advise of such fees before cancellation. In the case of cancellation after receipt of documents, no refund will be given unless unused tickets are returned to Sneha Travel Associates. Insurance premiums and airport tax charges are not returnable.
Cancellation by Sneha Travel Associates
We reserve the right to amend your booking other than where there is a Major Change at any time. Most of these changes are minor and we will advise you at the earlier possible date. We will not cancel your booking within eight (8) days of departure except for reasons of Force Majeure or failure by you to pay the final balance. If we have to make a Major Change we will inform you at the earliest possible date. You will have a choice of accepting change of arrangement, therefore accepting a holiday of equivalent value or accepting a refund if the holiday is of a materially lower standard. If you cancel completely you will be entitled to a full refund and reasonable compensation calculated by reference to the holiday price net of insurance premiums, airport tax and amendment charges as follows:-
(a) more than four weeks before departure : No compensation
(b) between four weeks and three weeks before departure : Rs. 500/- per person
(c) between three weeks and two weeks before departure : Rs. 800/- per person
(d) between two weeks and one week before departure : Rs. 1000/- per person
(e) between 0 and 7 days before departure : Rs. 1500/- per person.
This cancellation must be received in writing within seven (7) days of receiving a notice.
Sneha Travel Associates will not be responsible for the additional expenses due to loss, delay or damage caused by accident, illness, bad weather, strikes / riots, road block etc. Under no circumstances we should be held responsible for such unforeseen conditions. The rates are current at the time of printing and subject to change without notice.
This conditions and each term shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation here to shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
Sneha Travel Associates (STA) website (www.Snehatravel.co.in) is an internet based travel portal owned and operated by Sneha Travel Associates (STA) office at Z-14, Lane no1, Prem Nagar Kashmiri Colony , New Delhi 110043.
Through the Website, Sneha Travel Associates (STA) shall provide you ("User") travel-related information, pricing, availability and reservations for airlines, hotels, railway, holiday packages, bus and car rentals across cities and rural areas throughout India ,("Service"), as more particularly described and defined in the terms of service ("TOS") relating to such Service, as set out in Annex 1; This Service may be availed by the User, his family members and friends in India at any time during the year through vendors ("Service Providers").
This User Agreement ("Agreement") sets out the terms and conditions on which Sneha Travel Associates (STA) shall provide the Services to the User through the Website. In addition to this Agreement and depending on the Services opted for by the User, the User shall be required to read and accept the relevant TOS for such Service, which may be updated or modified by Sneha Travel Associates (STA) from time to time. Such TOS shall be deemed to be a part of this Agreement and in the event of a conflict between such TOS and this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall prevail.
Use of the Website is offered to the User conditioned on acceptance without modification of all the terms, conditions and notices contained in this Agreement and the TOS, as may be posted on the Website from time to time. For the removal of doubts, it is clarified that use of the Website by the User constitutes an acknowledgement and acceptance by the User of this Agreement and the TOS. If the User does not agree with any part of such terms, conditions and notices, the User must not use the Website.
Additionally, the Service Provider may provide terms and guidelines that govern particular features, offers or the operating rules and policies applicable to each Service (for example, flights, hotel reservations, packages, etc.). The User shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms and guidelines or operating rules and policies of the Service Provider with whom the User elects to deal, including terms and conditions set forth in a Service Providers' fare rules or contract of carriage. In the event that any of the terms, conditions and notices contained in this Agreement or the TOS conflict with the additional/other terms and guidelines specified by the Service Provider, then the latter terms/guidelines shall prevail.
Sneha Travel Associates (STA) at its sole Discretion Reserves The Right Not To Accept Any Order Placed By The User Through The Website Without Assigning any Reason Thereof. Nay Contract To Provide Any Service By Sneha Travel Associates (STA) is Not Complete Until Full Money Towards The Service Is Received From The User and Accepted by Sneha Travel Associates (STA)
